Dr. Michael DiCarlo
When Michael DiCarlo was first considering a future in medicine, he chose dentistry over pediatrics as his true profession. Now, at DHC, he gets to bring the warmth and caring heart of the pediatrician he might have become to his dental patients in the field that he loves. After completing the rigorous course requirements for his degree from New York University College of Dentistry, Dr. DiCarlo was recognized, during his residency at Staten Island University Hospital, for his exceptional clinical skills. He was selected as Chief Resident, while training in the treatment planning, placement, and restoration of advanced esthetic and implant cases.
Dr. DiCarlo is a faculty member at Spear Education, the institute for advanced learning in dental medicine. He is committed to mastery in dentistry and exceptional service because he believes that patients deserve the best at the Dental Health Center of Holmdel.

Dr. Rosanna Santini
Rosanna Santini graduated with honors from the New York University College of Dentistry in 1991 at a time in dentistry when new technologies and inventions were expanding horizons for dentists and their patients. The ascent of cosmetic dentistry, with the introduction of porcelain veneers and new procedures, would bring in a whole new era of the dentist being an artist. At the same time, diagnostic and treatment options were advancing that would allow dentists to be more analytical, objective, educated, thorough, and competent in their care of patients.
Dr. Santini completed a General Practice residency at Monmouth Medical Center in 1992, and brings an expertise, education, and experience to the Dental Health Center of Holmdel that continues to expand the practice today.

Dr. Young Cho
Dr. Cho is a Board Certified Periodontist and a Clinical Assistant Professor of Periodontology at Rutgers University School of Dental Medicine. He received both his DDS degree and Certificate for Graduate Training in Periodontology at the Columbia University College of Dental Medicine. His practice and research continue to expand from the field of conventional periodontics to full mouth reconstructions with dental implants and CT Scan guided surgeries. Dr. Cho also provides a full array of minimally invasive root coverage procedures, which do not involve palatal tissue harvest.
In his free time, he enjoys swimming and playing tennis. Patients respect Dr. Cho’s knowledge and surgical expertise, and especially appreciate his special kindness in the care they receive.
Jeana DiCarlo
Our Medical Aesthetician Jeana is driven by passion for helping her patients look and feel their best. With more than 10 years of experience in the field of Medical Aesthetics, a graduate of one of the top Aesthetician schools in Manhattan, Atelier Aesthetics, and the owner of her own skincare business J Glo Skincare.
Jeana aims to draw out one’s natural beauty through the application of safe, minimally invasive facial procedures. She strives to stay up to date on the latest services and innovative skincare products by participating in numerous continuing education courses throughout the country, during which time she has gained knowledge and experience in all aspects of the skin to ensure that her clients are getting the latest in products and services.
Her ongoing studies include: Laser Technologies, Plasma Fibroblast Specialist, Advanced Concept in Medical Skincare, Oxygen Technology, Advanced Treatments of Sun Damaged and Aging Skin, plus many more skin related categories. Specializing in Advanced skincare, Jeana takes extreme pride in helping others achieved their absolute best results. Driven by all the positive results her patients are achieving, she is continuously reminded how truly rewarding her job is. She promises to always put the best interest of her clients and their personal skincare needs first.
As an Advanced Skin Care Specialist, Jeana feels that educating clients on their skin is of the upmost importance. One of her favorite mottos is, “How can you know what to do, if you don’t understand what’s happening?” She understands how pigmentation, adult acne and premature aging not only put your skin in jeopardy, but also your self esteem and confidence. Jeana believes that by providing her patients with the knowledge and procedures to correct the situation, she can help her patients reach their personal skin care goals. Jeana is always educating others about proper skin care, appropriate product selection, and customized regimens.
